• Thursdays, 9:45-10:45 am, January 29-March 5, 2026No experience is needed to join this class. We will start with the basic steps and lots of repetition. My philosophy is to dance more and talk less. You’ll learn a little about old time vs bluegrass music and how to dance to the musical phrases. I’ll weave in a bit of history of this Appalachian dance tradition during breaks. By the end, you’ll be able to string steps together on your own.
