The Valley Community Library will offer a Beginner ASL (American Sign Language) program on Monday, September 15 at 4:30 P.M. This program is for kids, teens, and their adults ages 8 and older. This program will be taught by a lifelong ASL user, Nicole Miller, who was born deaf, learned ASL at the age of 3 and uses American Sign Language to communicate daily.Registration is required.
