10:00am - 12:30pm: Beginner/Advanced Beginner Acro Intensive
1:00pm - 4:30pm: Intermediate Acro Intensive
Each Intensive will work through a series of skill progressions, learning introductory drills right through to advanced variations of skills, depending on where each student is with their own progress. Each session is broken up into segments including skills and drills, games and activities, partnering tricks, and choreography and dance.
? Beginner Intensive skills include: Handstands, Cartwheels and Variations, Rolls, Balances, Walkovers, Partnering and Skill Variations
? Intermediate Intensive skill include: Side & Front Aerials, Back & Front Handsprings, Walkover Variations, Dance Tricks & Skill Variations.
