Acrylic Painting for BeginnersThis 6-week course will guide you through starting to paint with acrylics on canvas to learning all of the tools and techniques that will help you successfully create your own masterpiece. We will explore different styles of painting which include: Abstract, Cubism, Pop Art, Impressionist, Painterly, and Realism. No prior experience necessary!
What you will learn:
● Introduction to painting and tools
● Color Theory and Mixing Acrylic Paints
● Brushstroke Techniques
● Design Assistance
Ages: 13 and up
Supplies Needed: Class Kit available for purchase if you do not have your own supplies. Student may bring own supplies for review on first day of class. Materials available for purchase in our store as needed. (Acrylic Paint is included for use in-studio during class.)
