Curious about Acro Yoga? This class will be for the beginners that want to learn the basics.
This is your chance to learn the fundamentals in a welcoming and fun atmosphere. You will learn basic poses and transitions for a safe and successful practice. Come prepared to laugh, have fun and challenge yourself.
Things to know: -No prerequisites, yoga or acrobatics experience required.
-Show up solo, with a friend or loved one.
-Wear comfortable sports clothing and remember you may end up upside down!
