Join us for an in-person class where Macey Merlak will guide you step-by-step through the basics of making your very own delicious sourdough bread. Perfect for beginners and experienced bakers alike, this hands-on session promises fun, learning, and plenty of tasty bread. Come hungry for knowledge and get ready to bake like a pro!
Attendees will go home with their own starter, dough to finish baking at home, a banneton (proofing basket), scoring blade, and bench scraper.
