It’s exciting to know that people are beginning to recognize the mind, body and spirit connection. Getting back in your body helps you reintegrate the dissonance that life can cause.

Dancing, and belly dancing in particular is a great way to tap into your inner power.

Jiggle and wiggle your cares away as Glom Initiatives hosts skilled and experienced belly dancing instructor, Sharon Barnes, for a fun beginner’s belly dance class.

Learn fundamental isolations that are the core of traditional belly dancing. Connect with your body in a new and powerful way while having lots of fun. The gateway to well-being begins from the inside out and a great place to start is getting in your body.

This one hour class will have you moving in ways you didn't know were possible, put you contact with your breath and have you laughing out loud. Enjoy light refreshments and socializing after class.

No special gear or clothing required. All you need is comfortable clothing you can move in and your bare feet to get into the spirit of things. All shapes and sizes are welcome in our body positive space.
