- INTRO -This Introduction workshop is the perfect way to start your yoga practice! You will learn the basic principles and get familiar with different styles of yoga. After the workshop, you will receive personal advice about with which yoga classes to start.

• Short introduction about the different styles of yoga
• Basic standing postures
• Sitting postures
• Sun salutations
• Basic breathing techniques
• Yin yoga
