First, you’ll make and decorate a beautiful handmade journal! Then using thoughtful prompts, quiet reflection and creative expression you'll explore intentions, values and dreams to fill the pages with inspiration. This workshop invites you to turn inward, reconnect with yourself and craft a vision that feels authentic, nourishing and achievable.
