Workshop Details:
- Acquire practical knowledge about the nervous system
- Discover a new way of thinking about stress through the lens of polyvagal theory
- Engage in experiential activities that promote nervous system regulation
- Leave with several tools for working with your nervous system (rather than against it)

Schedule:
Yoga (3:15pm-4:15pm): $15
Befriending Your Nervous System (4:30pm-6:30pm): $25
Come to both for $35 total! You can simply add on your registration to yoga at checkout.
