About this Event
The Lancaster Museum of Art and History (MOAH) invites the Antelope Valley’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, as well as their friends and family, to participate in the Visual Language tour for our latest exhibition, Before You Now: Photographic Transmutations. The Visual Language tour will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 5PM. The tour will be led by a museum docent, accompanied by an ASL interpreter.
Before You Now: Photographic Transmutations features the work of artists Naida Osline, Andrew K. Thompson, Ellen Friedlander, Osceola Refetoff, and Brad Miller. Utilizing traditional and non-traditional methods, these artists manipulate the photographic medium, creating works that transcend the two-dimensional plane of standard photography. Before You Now: Photographic Transmutations will be on view at MOAH from Saturday, January 25 to Sunday April 13, 2025.
