MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Registration Opens for Beetlejuice Jr. Camp on 2/3/24
Get ready for a spooky and spectacular summer experience! We are thrilled to announce that registration is now open for our Beetlejuice Jr. Camp, running from June 1-14 from 9 AM to 3 PM each day.
About Beetlejuice Jr.:
Beetlejuice Jr. is a delightful adaptation of the beloved 1988 film, filled with vibrant characters, catchy songs, and plenty of laughs. Join us as we bring this whimsical, wacky, and deliciously dark tale of the afterlife to life on stage!
Camp Structure:
In just two weeks, students will dive into the exciting world of musical theater, collaborating to produce a full-scale musical. The camp will be structured as follows:
Week 1: Rehearsals will take place at Ignite's new facility located at 3519 Hampton, where students will learn songs, choreography, and staging techniques. Each day will include warm-ups, acting workshops, and focused rehearsals for Beetlejuice Jr.
Week 2: Rehearsals will shift to the Robert Reim Theater, where students will refine their performances and prepare for the final showcase.
Performance Dates:
Mark your calendars for the performances on June 13 and 14! Students will have the opportunity to showcase their hard work in front of friends and family, bringing the magic of Beetlejuice Jr. to life on stage.
Cost: $550. LIMITED need-based financial scholarships are available. Additional details on applying will be shared in January 2025.
