About this Event
Join Life Love Cheese for a fun workshop on National Craft Distillery Day.
For decades, domestic artisan cheese makers have taken inspiration from their European forebears to create unique, wholly American cheeses. During this class, we’ll sample six world class cheeses from New England to the Pacific coast. Each cheese will be paired with one of Idle Hands Craft Ales and a tasty accompaniment to help us explore style, composition and pairing techniques.
