Third Sunday of every month!Featuring Columbus Bluegrass Review from 3-6!
The Columbus Bluegrass Review is comprised of long-time traditional American music performers from Central and Southwest Ohio. Rich Baker, long-time co-host of the Bluegrass Ramble on WOSU, provides vocals and mandolin, while John Alge, founder of the Slate Ridge Bluegrass Band more than 20 years ago, provides lead and harmony vocals and guitar. Trina Emig, an active participant in the Cincinnati music scene for many years, lights up the crowd with her amazing work on the five-string banjo. Isaiah Sparling, from the Columbus area on upright bass, provides the rock-solid beat and foundation for the band’s driving bluegrass repertoire. If you like fast music blended with tender touching trio vocals, you’ll enjoy the Columbus Bluegrass Review.
