Beer yoga will be at @oilcitybeercompany on Thursday 7-8pm. Come join the beer yoga community, and jump on your mat.
All levels welcome, I encourage new comers to try it out!
I have a few extra mats so don’t worry, I got you!
It’s $15 for the class and you get a FREE beer (thank you Oil City) to drink while we flow through poses.
This class is a fun atmosphere, that’s welcoming non judgmental, we all laugh and sing, even fall sometimes. I give my students a moment to work on the poses they are working on, or want to learn. I give you confidence on the mat.
