What to expect
- A friendly flow focused on breath, mobility, and fun!
- A welcoming community vibe—move, laugh, and connect with fellow attendees.
- Location: The Brewery, Upstairs Skybar (next door).
- Time: 12:00–1:00 PM, Saturday, January 17 — please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in.
- $25 per person. Ticket includes one beer—redeemable during class.
- Please bring your own mat and a water bottle.
