About this Event
The morning begins with an hour long, all levels, Yoga practice. Immediately following our practice we will move to the bar for a pint of your favorite Urban Family brew. Leave your worries at the door, get your body in motion, taste some of Seattle's finest craft beer, and get to know your community.

Urban Family is a craft brewery located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. They have an eclectic focus on creating beer and strive constantly for innovation. You may not see the same beer every time you visit but they try to utilize fresh ingredients, complex yeast strains, and interesting hop profiles. They were founded on the principles of creating something as a family. Working together to foster a strong community.

What time do doors open?Doors open at 10:15am. We advise arriving early to give you a chance to set up your mat and get to know those around you.
