Join us for a fun, community-oriented and laidback beer yoga event at Arlyn’s Good Beer in Bowling Green, OH!
You will be led us through a challenging and fun yoga flow during which tasty libations will be incorporated… should you so choose! Check your inhibitions at the door and take this opportunity to slow down and have a little fun!
All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, or message Transient Yoga & Training for special accommodations. Beverages will be poured upon arrival. Practice will begin once everyone is settled on the mat with their brew!
