Description
Sample Pinthouse's four core beers in this 1.5 hour tasting led by Erin Cotton, Sensory Manager for Pinthouse Quality Control. You'll learn a little about the creative process behind these award-winning, hop-forward brews; their commitment to sustainability; and pairing them with a variety of dishes. We'll have some tasty snacks for you to try as you enjoy these locally made beers.
For ages 21 & up.
NOTE: You will not be cooking in this class.
Menu
You'll sample:
Magical Pils, a German-style pilsner with notes of light floral, herbal, and fruity hops, balanced with a dusting of spiced fruit character and a refreshingly soft mouthfeel
Electric Jellyfish, a hazy, new school IPA that focuses on the juicy hop flavor and aroma while keeping the bitterness balanced and refreshing
Training Bines, a dark tangerine-hued West Coast IPA with citrus, pine, and resinous notes
Scorpion Disco, with a lower in male character and bitterness than traditional We Coast IPAs; focuses on citrusy, tropical, and dank aromas and flavors
Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
