Quiz Master:Lucy Corne aka the Brewmistress is an award-winning beer writer and educator. She has written two books on South African beer and her work has been published in numerous international beer publications. Lucy started South African National Beer Day in 2017 and co-founded the African Beer Cup with her husband, Shawn in 2019. She is Africa’s first Advanced Cicerone and runs various workshops and training courses on all things beer-related. Lucy lives in Cape Town with her husband and son, where she splits her time between drinking session IPAs and jamming with a beer industry rock band. She has a brain filled with 80s song lyrics and pointless trivia, and loves a good pub quiz.
