- Welcome Course: Lil Bo Pivo Bohemian Pilsner served with Red Chile Popcorn & Green Chile Peanuts.
- Second Course: Cuerno Rojo Mexican Lager paired with a Short Rib Stack, Fried Dough, Huitlacoche Wild Rice, Charred Sweet Corn, Feta, and Micro Greens Salad with Rosemary Vinaigrette.
- Third Course: Poptart Ravioli Milkshake IPA alongside Smoked Sockeye Salmon, Capers, Beer-Poached Blueberries, Olive Oil Crostini, Pea Purée, and Pea Shoots.
- Fourth Course: House United Coffee Stout paired with Coffee-Crusted Pork, Tobacco Onions, Stout Demi, Red Chile Oil, Spinach, and Squash Purée.
- Fifth Course: Undercover Cowboy Hazy IPA with Fall Molasses Pudding, Hopped Whipped Cream, Vanilla-Candied Almonds, and Beer-Poached Peaches.
Tickets are $60 (plus taxes and fees) and do not include gratuity.
