We’re so excited to be coordinating with a good friend to bring you a night of food, beer, and education! Join us for our first beer pairing dinner, brought to you by Chef Rob Hillyer. A CIA-trained chef now consulting in restaurants throughout the Eastern US, Rob will be cooking up a menu designed specifically to pair with the beers we have on tap. Your $65 ticket will get you:
~ A 3-course prix fixe meal (appetizer, entree, dessert)
~ 5 tasting beers, paired with the meal (including a sneak peek of one of our 3rd anniversary beers!)
~ Education regarding featured beer styles, preparation of each dish, tasting principles, and food/alcohol pairing techniques
