There’s a lot going on on January 10th. Among other things, it is National Bittersweet Chocolate Day, National Houseplant Appreciation Day, National Oysters Rockefeller Day, Save the Eagles Day, and National Cut Your Energy Costs Day. Possum Royale* is all about bittersweet chocolate and indoor ferns and Rockefellered oysters and preserving Don Henley for another season and turning off the light whenever we exit the room. You likely knew that about us already unless you did not in which case now you does. Come join us for delicious beer, friendly folks, and music rendered live and in person at this, our firstmost engagement in the Year of Our Possum, 2025. (Yes. We know it’s actually the Year of the Wood Snake. Must you be thataway?)
