Beer Garden Yoga

Join the surprisingly flexible Arizona Wilderness team for a morning of poses and pints at our DTPHX beer garden! Hosted by Erica Rose, this class is open to all experience levels, shapes, sizes, shades, styles, and sexes. The only thing you'll need to bring is a mat.

Each class is $20, which includes a guided yoga session and a complementary post-savasana beer or cocktail.
