Course Three: Seared cod with brown butter caper sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes & charred broccolini. Paired with Munich Lager
Course Four: Slow-braised pork shoulder with caramelized onion jus, rosemary spaetzle & roasted carrots. Paired with Oktoberfest
