Would you and your favorite someone like to learn beer basics and make your very own personal sourdough pizza all in one event?
Let’s Go! We have the class for you!!
Terranova Gardens - “Beer Basics & Sourdough Pizza” class will be limited to 16 individuals. We will have these 2 events hosted at the same time with 8 individuals enjoying our Beer Basics class, as the other 8 attendees make their very own sourdough pizzas. Each attendee will attend both classes as there will be a class bell to switch.
Class duration: Approximately 3-4 hours
(Limited to a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 16 attendees)
- Complimentary “Taste Bar”, Refreshments & Beer Tasting
- Music (not live) in the garden courtyard
- BEER BASICS - brewing phases, education on brewing equipment & ingredients, beer tasting, tips, tricks & failures
- SOURDOUGH PIZZA - Making & Baking your own sourdough pizza dough and keeping your active starter alive.
Beer & Pizza to be enjoyed with music by all in our beautiful garden at the end of class.
