The new year represents a chance to reflect on the past and the opportunity to create something new. Join Savannah Power Yoga and Service Brewing on December 28th at 12pm for beer, yoga, sound journey and new year intentions.This special 90 min class will begin with a 50 min vinyasa yoga class followed by a 35 min sound journey by The Flow of Light. At the end of the beautiful sound bath, each participant will have the opportunity to take time to journal and tune inward to create the foundation for their 2025 intentions.
$15 gets you pen + notepad, a 50 min yoga class, 35 min sound journey and one pint of beer of your choice!
Be sure to bring your mat as well as any props to make your experience amazing! Feel free to come as early as 11:15AM. Class starts promptly at noon. Our little brew cat, Black Hawk, will be onsite checking poses and looking for back scratches. Oh Crepe Food Truck will be on site too!
*All ages and levels welcome
*Be comfortable! We encourage you to bring a pillow and blanket for the sound journey.
*Beer tickets can be substituted for non-alcoholic beverages.
