Just as simple and wonderful as it sounds--we drink great craft beer (or another beverage of your choosing) and we sing hymns! Yes, that's "church songs," but we don't observe the artificial lines between sacred and secular, so there's usually a few others thrown in. It's a non-judgmental atmosphere where "Y'all means ALL," so everyone is welcome (including kids and dogs).
