Sept 2025 Beer & Food Pairing Dinner curated by Chef Jonathan Pacheco & Cicerones Dan Sartwell, Prescott Stanton & Chris Kesler. Explore delicious food & carefully chosen brews. 4 Courses. Dinner starts promptly at 6pm, please plan accordingly. Come hungry & thirsty!Wed 9/10 6-8:30pm. Space Limited. $85 per person (includes taxes & gratuity). Due to the nature of the event, no refunds or credits will be given if the participant is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please instruct the guest(s) using your reservation to give your name upon arrival.
On ARRIVAL: Prepare your palate with a special pour and bonus appetizer.
COURSE 1: Chilled corn soup with blue house mushrooms, lump crab paired with Feats of Strength Festbier.
COURSE 2: Roasted Beets featuring Black Flannel Distilling Viking Aquavit Cured Salmon, Crème fraîche, Citrus & Fresh Dill paired with our 12 Hour Sour dosed with house make Woodruff Syrup.
COURSE 3: Smoked Duck Breast served with almond sunchoke purée and raspberry jus paired with Wortspiel Rauchbier.
COURSE 4: Jasper Hill Withersbrook Blue with apple confit and caramel paired with Stormin' the Castle Scotch Ale.
