We are having our 2nd Beer/Food pairing event, the 1st one was so popular that we felt like we had to do it again.
Menu:
Fall chopped salad
Mixed greens, pears, crasins, toasted pumpkin seeds, candied pecans, and goat cheese with apple cider honey dressing.
Starter
Baked Brie with cranberry chutney and carmelized apples, served with croccantinni
Soup
Butternut squash bisque with candied croutons
