As part of the upcoming Choctoberfest, Wildeye Brewing is thrilled to be partnering with Origins Chocolate Bar for a fun-flavoured chocolate & beer pairing experience.
"Chocolate and BEER?!" you say?
To which we reply with an enthusiastic, "YES!"
Everyone loves the romantic notion of chocolate and wine - but the complementary flavour profiles of beer match up much better with chocolate. There is much to explore and enjoy when combining finely crafted beer with artisanal chocolate, whether it's crisp citrusy notes, smooth malty notes, or darker caramel notes. During this very special tasting, we'll be sampling four different brews from Wildeye and matching them up with four different craft chocolate bars.
