This month's beer and cheese pairing is extra special! Since Rooster's Brewing is celebrating "May is for Mexico" all month long with special and featured brews, we thought it would be fun to bring in those May beers and pair them with custom creations from Chef Heather featuring Beehive Cheese! This month's pairing event is a little more expensive as it includes a full meal and flight board rather than a flight and snacks.First course
Red Butte Hatch Cheddar and Elote corn dip served with chips paired with El Doce Mexican Lager
Second course
Smoked pork street taco with Teahive Cheddar and slaw with a Orange Chipotle crema paired with Serrano Pale Ale
Third course
Chicken wings with mole bbq sauce made paired with the Mocaso Mexican Amber Lager
Dessert
Mini key lime pie with mango caramel sauce and a fruit salsa served with Mango Blood Orange Seltzer.
