How to assemble the Wellington and cooking it to perfection. You will leave with the confidence to recreate this for friends and family at home as part of a festive feast!
In this course you will leave will a complete Wellington to take home and cook in your own kitchen. Includes takeaway box, but feel free to bring your own or cool box if travelling from far away. Please note lunch is not included on this course.
