This has been a repeated request. Beef Wellington that will make Gordon Ramsey change his recipe….

We will learn to make this classic dish. A dish I learned to make while a chef at the Willard Room in Washington DC. This would make a wonderful Holiday Meal. This is Made with Beef Tenndddaaaloinnnn. ;)

Lets learn about puff pastry, Duxelle, Parma de Prosciutto and Beef Tenderloin.

I promise you will leave with the recipes and a full belly.
