Description
Perfect your techniques as you practice a variety of ways to properly cook several cuts of beef - all with South American flavor and flair. You and your team will stir fry beef tenderloin with tomatoes and chiles; bread and pan-fry a thin cut of beef; create a beef and potato pie that includes olives, warm spices, and tomatoes; and grill hangar steak.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of South American wine to complement your meal.

- At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
