I would love to welcome you to a beautiful space, where you can come and rest with a guided meditation and a hot drink. Meditation is a beautiful tool to use in our busy world, during our guided meditation I will talk you a journey. A journey designed to tap into your inner world, your inner knowing.
The journey will be seasonal, I believe that we are encouraged to live so fast and busy we don't always remember that we too are seasonal beings. So as we move in Autumn we will be thinking about slowing down and letting go of the busy summer energy, easing into the darker months.
There will also be the opportunity for journaling, anything that comes to you during the meditation. I will also have some prompts for you if you wish to.
There will be herbal teas for grounding and a time to come together at the end of the session.
Beech Village Hall has plenty of free parking, located just outside of Alton.
