Bee the Light: Recycled CD Sun Catchers
Celebrate the Spring Solstice with creativity, mindfulness, and sustainability!
Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll upcycle old CDs into stunning bee-themed sun catchers while honoring the honey bee and its essential role in nature.
What You’ll Do:
Experience a guided meditation honoring Spring Equinox, reduce/reuse/recycle & our honeybees - ‘Beecome the Bee’
Learn to draw and paint bees on a recycled CD
Create a beaded hanger to turn it into a window spinner
Learn ways to protect honey bees & support sustainability
Why It Matters:
Honey bees are essential to our ecosystem - let’s celebrate and protect them!
15% of proceeds from this workshop will be donated to River Network, working to protect clean water and vital ecosystems.
