“Bee Still” - Restorative YogaRestore your energy, and savor this sweet pause from the busyness of life with a 75 minute restorative yoga practice.
Restorative yoga can help melt away tension and stress, calm the mind, restore energy, gently stretch muscles and improve flexibility, support joint health and ease stiffness, and promote better sleep while helping to connect with the body, breath, and inner calm of the mind.
In a restorative yoga class, the pace is slow and gentle, giving your body and mind a chance to fully relax. You’ll use props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support your body in each pose, so muscles can release without effort.
Poses are held for several minutes at a time, allowing your nervous system to shift into a deep state of rest. You’ll focus on mindful breathing, softening into the body, and letting go of tension. You will be guided with soothing cues helping you sink deeper into stillness.
The practice will end with a long, supported Savasana (final relaxation), leaving you calm, restored, and refreshed. It’s a safe space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and simply “bee”.
