Explore the world of native bees with scientist Matt Masters and Dow Gardens entomologist, Elly Maxwell. You don’t have to raise honeybees to promote pollination in your backyard. Learn about Michigan Native and solitary bee species, habitats, and homes. Following the program, participants will assemble their own native bee houses to take home and put out this spring.
$25 per person. Program includes educational content and native bee house workshop. Space and materials are limited. Advanced registration required. Registration begins on November 4, 2025.
