Jody Phoenix of Illuminated Journeys is excited to be hosting the 3rd annual BECOMING event in honour of International Women's Day. During this full day event there will be multiple Facilitators guiding participants to connect to true and authentic selves through various processes practices and experiences.

Please put your first and last name and email address in the memo. This is important otherwise it will not be known who the ticket is for nor how to ensure that you can receive further details about how to prepare for the gathering in the days leading up to the event.
There are a couple ‘pay from the heart’ grants available if you are not in a financial position to pay the above rate. Please email Jody Phoenix at [email protected] to inquire.
Please plan to bring with you the following personal items to ensure your utmost comfort and to be ready for all the goodness that will be unfolding:
* Yoga mat light blanket pillow and what ever else you need to make a super cozy nest for yourself (chairs will be available).
* A small cloth to set up a small altar space in front of you with any special or sacred objects you may want to have with you and have receive the dynamic energy of the gathering. (Nothing too large please)
* Your journal and pen so you can capture all of the insights messages and wisdom that resonates with you.
* A pack of crayons pencil crayons or markers for creative exploration and expression.
* Water to keep yourself hydrated and snacks to keep you nourished. Water refill and tea station will be available. Bring your own mug.
* A drum rattle or shaker for the drumming Circle
* An outdoor mat to lay out during breaks and meal time (optional)
Our time together will include a few intentional pauses for integration within the duration of the event and also as an opportunity to mingle with friends new and old.
There will be a dinner break around the midway point. During this time while you enjoy some nourishing food you can connect and mingle with the other participants and event Guides.
There are options close by within a 5 minute drive where you can go pick up some food.
*There will also likely be an option available for attendees to purchase a healthy pre- made dinner meal. Cost to be determined.
