What if your one true love isn’t someone you’re waiting to meet, but the relationship you’re already living inside every day?
Becoming Your One True Love is a two-part workshop that invites you to explore self-love not as affirmation or performance, but as an ongoing practice of awareness, honesty, and care. Through an in-depth class and a Valentine’s Day self-commitment ceremony, we’ll slow down and look closely at what it actually means to be in relationship with yourself - your thoughts, your patterns, your longings, your nervous system, and your heart.
In the first session, we’ll explore what self-love looks like beyond surface-level positivity. Together, we’ll examine how we relate to ourselves in moments of ease and discomfort, how awareness creates choice, and how acceptance means clarity, not resignation. This is about learning to meet yourself as you are, without bypassing or self-judgment, and discovering what it feels like to truly be on your own side.
The second session culminates in a Valentine’s Day self-commitment ceremony, an intentional, grounded space to reflect and decide. Not a promise made from pressure or fantasy, but a conscious choice: whether or not you are ready to fully commit to yourself, your well-being, and your heart’s desires. Both a “yes” and a “not yet” are honored. The power is in choosing honestly.
This workshop is for those who are ready to move beyond the idea of love as something external, and instead cultivate the most enduring relationship of their life.
