Much of our inner challenges are built on learning to become more aware. Yoga teaches us much about ourselves through the practices of self-awareness (Svasamvedana), self-study (Svadhyaya) & steadiness (Sthira).Explore these practices through yoga asanas (postures) and short moments of reflection & meditation to connect you to your own resilience and true nature. Class will be all-level, we will sit, stand and lie on the floor throughout class. Journals are welcome but not required.
