During this experience, participants will receive a copy of my newly designed meditation journal, Becoming the Observer, to use as a tool throughout the workshop and beyond.Together, we’ll explore guided journaling exercises and breathwork practices to help you cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself. Learn to observe your thoughts with curiosity and compassion, calm your nervous system through intentional breathing, and create space for clarity and self-reflection. This workshop offers a supportive environment to embrace mindfulness and connect with your inner voice.

Dress comfortably; hot tea and water provided. Mat space will be set up for participants but you're welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable in a studio setting.
