A Sound Bath Series for Moms
Designed to help you soothe your nervous system, let go of perfectionism, and reconnect with your full, authentic self.
You’ve probably heard the phrase, “your body remembers.”
It’s true—stress gets stored in the body. It can show up as anxiety, fatigue, tension, or that constant on-edge feeling. While talk therapy is powerful for understanding your patterns and where they come from, sometimes words can’t reach the places in your body that need release.
That’s where sound healing comes in.
As a therapist who specializes in supporting moms—and a Sound Bath facilitator—I created this series to gently target the areas where many moms feel stuck:
- Self-Compassion (July 16)
For moms who are often hard on themselves. - Comparison & Perfectionism (July 30)
For moms who struggle with their inner critic or feel like they’re never doing enough. - Nervous System Regulation (Aug. 13)
For moms who feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or stuck in survival mode.
- Reconnecting With "Her" (Aug. 27)
For moms who are ready to connect with the whole you, not just the mom part.
Each session blends guided meditation with rich, restorative sound. These aren’t just pretty tones (though they are beautiful)—they’re intentionally curated vibrations designed to help your body release what it’s been holding, so you can feel more grounded, more present, and more like you again.
Come as you are—messy bun, yoga pants, and all.
To keep things flexible for summer schedules, each session is ticketed individually, so you can still join even if you can’t attend all four. However, I highly recommend attending the full series to get the most out of the experience.

*Extra things to consider, but are not required: a pillow, blanket, and possibly a bolster for under your legs so that you feel warm and cozy. Again, these things are extra and are not required to enjoy the event.
Please note: Sound baths are not recommended for individuals diagnosed with sound-induced epilepsy, individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, and people with a history of several mental health conditions.
