Becoming an Outdoors Woman: Snowmobile Adventure

Join us for an exciting snowmobile adventure! This hands-on event is perfect for women looking to embrace the great outdoors and learn how to navigate the snowy terrain on a snowmobile. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this adventure is sure to be a blast. Professional guides will help you learn the basics of snowmobile riding and share winter safety tips. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with nature and fellow outdoor enthusiasts. Get ready to rev up those engines and hit the snow-covered trails!

When: Thursday, February 27, 2025, 7:00 am until approximately 6:00 pm (return time may vary slightly)

Where: We'll meet at the USU Extension Office in Washington County (Washington County Fairgrounds) at 7:00 am and ride together to Beaver, where we'll meet up with our guides at Tucker High Adventure Tours. (If you would like to meet us in Beaver, please reach out to Andrea at [email protected] to make arrangements.)

What to bring:

• snow pants or other water-resistant pants (NO JEANS)
• warm coat (water resistant)
• thermals and/or other warm layers of clothing
• boots - tall winter boots (snowboard boots work great)
• warm gloves
• goggles (if you have them)
• sack lunch

What is provided:

• snowmobiles
• helmets (required to ride)
• professional guides/instructors
• a limited number of snowboard boots will be available if you absolutely do not have boots (please reach out to Andrea at [email protected])
• opportunity to purchase additional gear (if needed) at the shop before heading out on the adventure
• snacks
