In this workshop, we will first be sharing our unique 7-step serviced accommodation Corporate Booking system with you. You will learn how to source the right properties, set them up correctly, price up, and market your property, as well as how to focus on operations and systems and scale up your business. This system has not only completely turned around our SA business but also turned around many of our students' businesses from failing to a profitable, high-cash-flow business. In this workshop, you will see examples of some of our bookings, how we attract them and negotiate with corporate clients.
You will also learn about best practices and case studies so you get an idea of how powerful this strategy can be to your SA business. Many of these best practices were adopted from lessons we learned from mistakes we have made, and you can avoid these costly mistakes.
Adopting this strategy, our business runs profitably without worrying about the winter or quiet season. You, too, can spend less time working on your business and are able to run the business through your team to achieve greater profit and high Cash Flow.
In the second session of the day, we will focus on How to buy 10 Houses in 10 months. You will learn about the impact of the economic cycle and how this will change the property cycle in the near future, so you can get yourself prepared and ready to create more assets and wealth. You will understand the reasons why you should invest in properties now, the benefits of property ownership, and why you should take advantage of the market opportunity and buy as many properties as you can NOW instead of doing it later.
You will learn the 7-step system that we implemented to purchase 18 properties within less than 2 years and buy 10 properties in less than 10 months. We will go through each step you need to learn to achieve the results with examples and case studies, showing you how to set a plan for buying more properties, how to evaluate deals and source properties, how to negotiate and make an offer, how to raise finance and how to build a team to run business with you and how to build a power team so you can scale up building your property portfolio fast. You will learn about the four most important skills that you need to achieve success in building your property portfolio and how these will help you achieve success in property investing.
