This workshop is broken down into two parts:

• 3-hour hands-on workshop where you’ll learn actionable strategies for securing board roles, understanding expectations, and delivering value through your unique skills. Through engaging discussions, practical exercises, and real-world insights, you’ll build a strong foundation for effective board participation.
• 2-hour simulated board meeting to put the lessons learned into practice. This realistic exercise will allow you to experience firsthand the dynamics of a boardroom, refine your skills, and apply your knowledge in a collaborative, decision-making environment.
