What if you ran your mind like a high-performing boardroom, deciding which “voices” get a seat at the table and which don’t even make it in the door? Dana Skaggs calls this being the CEO of your own mental boardroom, and it’s the key to banishing burnout, breaking free from people-pleasing, and taking back control of your time and energy.

In this interactive workshop, Dana will help you identify the unhelpful “board members” influencing your decisions, strengthen the ones that serve you, and set boundaries that protect your peace. Through guided activities and real-world examples, you’ll learn how to:
