In these turbulent times and the all the highs and lows of life, most of us seek more and more for tools and ways to find stability, to balance the external chaos, to process the experiences in a wholesome way, and to find connection to a higher understanding.

We´'re seeking for ways to harmonize body, mind and spirit.

In order to do this, we need tools that empower us in feeling safe and sound in our bodies and minds.

After many of us already discovered the power and magic of the physical practices of yoga, this is where now the voice & breath come in.

Using sound and breath as incredible, powerful tools is part of the same ancient knowledge and was practiced in all cultures over the world.

Our voice, and sound in general, is the connection between the different layers of our being and of our reality. Between the visible and invisible.

It penetrates our physical body, but also connects deeply with our energetic body, our emotions and mental field.

Do you want to understand this power of your voice and how to use it as a faithful companion and incredible tool to navigate these unknown waters that we traverse in today’s world?

In our 6 hour day workshop we will learn how to connect to our breath and voice and how to harvest all their mind blowing fruits and benefits.

This will be an intensive journey for those longing to dive deep into the voice, how to open and access it, how to use your breath to support you in all aspects of your life, as well as playful exploration of the world of our own sounds.

This and much more will be shared and expanded upon in an intimate group setting.

THE FACILITATORS

Kreatress

"I am an ever-evolving creatress of music and art as well as a vocal alchemy coach. After finishing my Bachelors and Masters in Music in the United States, I moved to Berlin to pursue my dreams of becoming an artist. I found myself longing to express and create through collaboration. Little did I know I would fall into a beautiful new orbit revolving around expressing my creativity outside of the classical music world.​ Longing to create a community rooted in inspiration and love, where all are able to express themselves freely, I founded the music and art community, Wilder Garten in 2016 (Wilder e.V.). I curate events, host workshops, hold space, perform, and co-create with like-minded creatures all over Berlin.

My most recent manifestations revolve around producing and releasing my own music under the name of Kreatress, as well as planting seeds of love with The Ecstatic Triad (Jaqueline Louan, Celeste González, and myself). I also hold space and create workshops using the voice as an alchemical way of finding truth, releasing what is ready to be let go of, shining your light, and experiencing the body in connection with the spirit. I have also been collaborating with a number of inspiring women throughout Berlin using different visual and musical mediums from short films to workshops to retreats.

And so…the unraveling continues on and on and on…”

I am on a journey of collecting tools and practices from all over the world, all the different cultures, to learn how to treat our amazing bodies in the best way possible and to learn how to unlock their full potential.

Tools that bring you from the gross to the subtle, that connect the material to the spiritual and vice versa.

After studying yoga for more than 10 years, different meditation techniques, diving also into the power of breath, i was discovering the incredible and mind blowing magic of sound in the past 3 years.

It felt like finding the missing link to it all, like coming full circle.

The simplicity with its amazing effects excites me so much, that I want to spread and share these tools with as many people as possible.

Now more than ever we need to bring our inner and our outer world back in tune!!!

And we can do it just with our own voice!!!
