Amy Remington with Guild Mortgage Company is our Mortgage Loan Officer, Lending Specialist, and Instructor. Her style is friendly, interactive, and relaxed. Often her classes are viewed as "performances" rather than classes - she makes this information understandable and fun!
This class will provide you the certificate that is required for you to close on one of 18 Down Payment Assistance programs offered through the Washington State Housing Finance Commisison, one through the City of Lakewood, and Chenoa Fund.
Class is 5 hours in length must be attended to get the certificate of eleigibility for Down Payment Assistance.
You will leave class feeling empowered and ready to go! ✨
